For kids. For youth in need. For the next generation of leaders.
Lives are changing at Maple Springs.
And more kids are waiting to come.
Right next door, an incredible opportunity has opened up to make room for more kids, more leaders and more people to encounter Jesus.
By November 30, we’re believing for 200 people to start or increase their monthly giving by $50.
MAKE ROOM FOR THE NEXT JAYDEN.
Think about being twelve years old and already having lived in 12 different foster homes.
You arrive at Maple Springs.
Another new place? Another fresh start.
Will this one be any different?
For Jayden, it was.
At camp, he met a leader who became a mentor and stayed in his life for decades.
He experienced the love of Jesus. His life was changed.
That’s why camp matters.
WE SEE IT ALL THE TIME.
Lives are changing.
Young people are taking steps toward Jesus.
There’s something powerful about a week at camp. Relationships deepen quickly. What might take months to develop elsewhere can happen in just a few days.
And more kids are waiting to come.
THE CHALLENGE
Maple Springs is full.
We’ve had to turn away campers, Leaders in Training, interns and volunteers.
We’ve always worked to remove barriers that keep kids from camp.
Now the biggest barrier is simple: we need more room.
It hurts to turn anyone away.
But we believe God has provided a way forward.
RIGHT NEXT DOOR…
An incredible opportunity has opened up: a large Lodge and three acres of land immediately beside Maple Springs.
We’re calling it the Discipleship Lodge.
It gives us room for interns, volunteers and year-round discipleship, freeing up space for more kids to come to camp.
And every new space represents a person.
More room for kids.
More room for leaders.
More room for discipleship.
More room for people to encounter Jesus.
The opportunity is here now. We don’t want to lose it.
200 PEOPLE. FOUR YEARS. ONE BIG DIFFERENCE.
A monthly gift may not feel huge.
Put 200 of us together and look what happens.
And it can go even further.
As we reach key fundraising milestones, our monthly giving helps unlock grants and larger gifts, multiplying the impact of what we give together.
We’re believing for 200.
200 people starting or increasing their monthly giving by $50 before November 30.
New to giving? Start with $50, or start wherever you can.
Already giving? Consider adding $50/month toward the Discipleship Lodge.
Able to do more? Larger gifts will also be an important part of making this possible.
WHAT IF WE DON’T?
This opportunity won’t always be here.
If we cannot complete the purchase, we could lose the opportunity to make this property permanently part of Maple Springs.
And the space problem doesn’t go away. But the opportunity will.
We keep turning people away.
That means fewer spaces for the next Jayden.
That’s why now matters.
THIS IS ABOUT DECADES, NOT JUST NEXT SUMMER.
Why not just spend the money helping more kids come to camp?
We will.
Helping remove financial barriers for families is part of who we are. That won’t change.
But right now, we have another barrier:
SPACE.
The Discipleship Lodge removes that barrier not just for one camper or one summer.
It is making room for encounters with Jesus for decades to come.
For kids. For youth in need. For the next generation of leaders.
THIS ISN’T REALLY ABOUT A LODGE.
It’s about the next camper who discovers they are loved.
The next young leader who discovers they can serve.
The next camper standing in our little creek, ready to be baptized.
The next young person who encounters Jesus and says:
“I WANT TO FOLLOW HIM.”
MAKE ROOM FOR THE NEXT JAYDEN.
PLEDGE NOW (easy, no commitment :))
DONATE NOW ( I am ready to give)
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For decades, Maple Springs has wondered and prayed about adding the land right next door. Now, through the generosity of supporters and our neighbours, that opportunity is actually here.
Supporters purchased the Lodge and property and entered into a rent-to-own agreement with Maple Springs. We can use it now, and have four years to make it permanently ours.
Because it’s right next door and immediately gives us more beds, more space and three acres for future growth. Opportunities like this simply don’t come along very often.
Because Maple Springs is full, we’re already turning people away, and this property is available now. We don’t want to look back and realize we missed the opportunity God put right beside us.
We’ll keep helping remove financial barriers so kids can come to camp – that won’t change. This investment removes a different barrier: space, creating capacity for more campers, discipleship and ministry not just next summer, but for decades to come.
Building would take significant time, planning and cost, and it still wouldn’t give us these additional three acres. This property gives us a solution we can use today and room to grow tomorrow.
Immediately, it gives us space for interns, volunteers and year-round discipleship, freeing up more beds for campers and LITs. Longer term, the property creates possibilities for better access, more ministry space and future growth.
No. It’s about people. More room means more kids welcomed, more young leaders discipled and more opportunities for people to encounter Jesus.
When 200 people give consistently, small monthly gifts become significant over four years. And as the fund grows, reaching key targets can help unlock grants and larger gifts, multiplying the impact even further.
Yes! The 200 monthly partners create a strong foundation, but we’ll also need larger gifts and grants to complete the purchase. Every level matters, and together, those gifts can make the Lodge part of Maple Springs for generations.
By November 30, we’re believing for 200 people to start or increase, their monthly giving by $50. If $50 isn’t possible, start somewhere; if you can do more, help us get there faster.
We could lose the opportunity to make the Lodge and land permanently part of Maple Springs. And without more room, we’ll continue facing the painful reality of turning away campers, leaders, interns and volunteers.
Pray. Give. Come. Pray for wisdom and provision, consider joining the 200, and keep helping us create a place where young people can experience camp, build relationships and encounter Jesus.
