Our Desire

Here at Maple Springs Bible Camp, we love to see as many children at camp as possible!
We have incredible people supporting camp, who donate financially, to help see this desire come to life!

These sponsorships are for those who would otherwise not be able to send their children to camp.


Camper Sponsorship Details:

  1. Camper sponsorships are usually restricted to one camp per child per year. This policy allows more children to enjoy a camp experience.

  2. MSBC reserves the right to designate which camp session and program your child may attend based upon available spaces.

  3. These sponsorships are for lower-income families who cannot afford to send their children to camp.
    .
  4. To allow as many children as possible to come to camp, we request that you cover as much of the registration fee as possible. A minimum of 50% of the camp fee is requested.

Camp Sponsorships are usually restricted to one camping session per child per year. This policy allows more children to enjoy a camp experience. MSBC reserves the right to designate which camp session or program your child may attend based on available space. This sponsorship is for low income families who would otherwise not be able to send their child to camp. Sponsorships will be given out based on need or until allocated funds are depleted. To allow as many kids as possible to come to camp, we request that you cover as much of the registration fee as possible. A minimum amount of 50% of the camp fee is requested.

Medical Infomation

Someone other than the campers guardian(s)
We provide children's acetaminophen, ibuprofen and allergy medication if needed. Any medication brought (including vitamins and melatonin) must be handed over to our First Aid Attendants and will be given to your camper at the required times - exception to an EpiPen or inhaler that must stay on the camper at all times.
Ex. ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Concussions, Autism, Diabetes, PTSD, Developmental Delays, Etc.
Examples: may wet the bed, gets really hangry, reminders to drink water, nigh time fears, usually gets read a story, reminders to brushing teeth, etc.
Anything not previously noted on form. ex: swim confidence, something they are nervous about, etc.
